    Would it be feasible to sue the DEA over their constant refusal to

    reschedule nicotine as schedule 1? Ie no medicinal purpose and only the potential for abuse

    Nicotine is not the harmful drug in smoking.

    Since the DEA is a federal agency, you need to get the approval of the federal government before you can sue the federal government.

    So good luck with that.
