how do you install apps that you have already uninstalled on blackberry?

i have a blackberry curve 9300. i have uninstalled windows live messenger because i didn't use it. know i am using msn again so i want to reinstall it but it won't let me.
 
There's a section of uninstalled apps on Blackberry App World on your device, you can reinstall it directly from there or connect your BB to pc and install it from Blackberry PC suite or Blackberry App World website from any web browser
