Dryer Side Vent and Wall Vent Do Not Line Up, Best Fix?

I just re-vented my dryer to come out the side and it doesn't line up with the wall ventilation.

Any recommended fixes for this? It's a little closer than what is shown in the picture, but it's still unaligned.
