As in the title. At the end of September I transfered my membership to another person. I went to the club, I signed up the papers and I paid the fee.
I was charged one more month because I was told they take time before getting all the forms completed. The new member agreed to give me back the money.
I deleted online my Direct Debit and....now I've checked my bank account and I see they took my money without my permission, after I had cancelled the DD.
What am I supposed to do now?
