I'd hand it in.
Taking anything of value is a Criminal Act, called "Stealing by Finding", apart from the fact that it would be morally wrong.
 
...would you take it? lol. i'm just wondering because yesterday i accidentally forgot my blackberry on my chair and at the end of the day i was freaking out because i couldn't find it. It turns out that someone returned it to the office. haha i was so happy and really shocked actually because i didn't even have a password on it (because i'm always using it and its so annoying to have to unlock it everytime) so it would've been really easy to just take it.

glad that someone gave it to the office but i would have taken it ..... no offence but its a blackberry
 
Yes i would take it...and then give to the office because its not mine :D Plus God is watching over you.
 
I would pick it up and look through the contacts to try to get it back to the owner but if I couldn't than I would keep it.
