The game won't let me alt-tab, windows-tab, windows button or even get to task manager. Anything i can do other than playing in windowed mode?

There does appear to be something off with that. For me, it doesnt Alt+Tab IN. I have to do it twice for it to go back to the game otherwise theres just a black screen
