In nokia phones , which OS is better ??????? symbian bell or symbian^3 ?

I want to buy a nokia phone ..... So plz halp ne which opprating syrtem is better ..... Symbian bell OR Symbian^3 ........please also tell me why u prefard that os THANX

symbian^3 is the name of the os. Anna, belle, cindy, etc, are the names used to identify the firmware updates, but the os will always be symbian^3. All symbian^3 devices will get the free firmware updates every few months which are named alphabetically using female names, and it will continue til atleast 2016. Each firmware update will improve the os, so obviously belle is better than anna, cindy will be better than belle, etc..
