could someone who has preferably been in the military or have family that does answer and give your opinions? Im 15 live in england, my dad hates me for the things i have done, and hes my role model, Served the South African Military from the 80's to 1996... when i was born, he was shot the night of my birth, But survived, All i want is for him to be proud of me, and one day if i have children i want them to be proud of me as much as i am proud of my father, so i suppose my real question is, should i enroll in the military to get pride of family members and loved ones? i understand the risks, but with my father feeling like this way... It wouldnt make a difference if i died tonight or when im 80. Please help me with this, i just dont know what to do anymore
