How do you remove 'protected' files, such as stock ringtones off mobile phones?

I've been trying to find a way to delete things that came with the phone, such as the ringtones, ever since I got it, but all I end up getting is 'cannot be deleted' when I try to do it through the phone. They're taking up loads of space!

Tried Oxycube, doesn't cover my phone [Samsung Tocco Icon] are their any other good ones out there? Preferably free =P

You cannot delete "protected" content using the default file explorer. You have have to use a third party app like oxycube to do this.

i need help with my tocco icon great phone but has NO MEMory i have 1 game a few bookmark and thats it i want to clear stock ringtones and Google maps off my phone
