...similarity of names only,such as? I wish I could know the answer ^ ^ I hear the same names here and there, so I thought that there may be a link between them or something .. Hmm !

They are like combined in one xD
They are set in the same place and sometimes you'll see other characters from junjou in sekai, sekai in junjou.
You can also see other couples in the junjou while another couple is playing.

They are all linked together somehow :P
Like one couple would know another couple in junjou and in sekai ichi they also know other characters from junjou even if they are not the same anime.

There are a couple of cross over characters from Junjou to Sekai-ichi. Like Usami had an appearance in the anime. Ry?ichi Sumi which is Keiichi Sumi's father. Ry?ichir? Isaka is also in both Junjou and Sekai. Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi is a spin-off of Junjou that is why.

Edit: It also showed that Ritsu Onodera was Usami's (usagi-san) editor before he moved to the other publishing company.

Its practically the same story revolving around three different couples but they are not the same and they don´t even meet.
