my friend brought to me an hp pavilion g series laptop (windows 7) and when i turn it on it goes to the screen that says starting windows and stays on that screen i tried hitting multiple keys to get it to respond but i don't know what the issue is, any ideas what the problem is or by chance any way to fix it?
