My bittorrent is so slow?

my bittorrent is so slow.. it always 0.1 kB/s to 1.0 kB/s.. how can i increase this?? by the way..i live in malaysia.. so maybe anyone can help??

Download a program called CheatEngine, in the top left corner click the button and select uTorrent (or whatever program) and click OK, Check the box called Enable Speedhack and change the value (1.0) in the textbox to 0.1 and press apply

can you go to speedtest.net and tell us your results, it also seems your port is not forwarded on your router.
portforward.com (for ports)
speedtest.net(for speed test)

then google the phrase "guide for making bittorrent faster"
