Can Unlock Wind Mobile Phone work with Telus?

I'm thinking of Buying a Wind mobile phone off a friend of Minds and wondering if I get it Unlocked will it work with Telus?

Wind is GSM Network Phone...You can Unlock it using the Unlock code....Get the unlock code from Service Provider and get Free Unlocking Instructions at Mobileunlockguide.com and unlock it step by step.....Then use with any GSM Network Sim card....You can't use with any Telus ..Because it CDMA Network...You can use only GSM Network Sim card.
