I have the verizon blitz right now. (prepaid) and the "My Verizon" button, (It is what shows your balance and shows you to plans and features) That shows, and costs nothing to check.
And I have another phone and it is pretty old. But it's a prepaid activated phone, enVTouch But it doesn't show "My Verizon" I have googled and looked everywhere to see what the problem was and while doing so, I've heard it is possible to switch everything on my phone (plans and all) to the enVTouch JUST by switching numbers?! IS THIS TRUE? And if so, how does it work and how can I get "My Verizon" to work on the enVTouch?
