I recently removed my 98 mustang's stereo, as well as the cd player, and am going to replace it with a new head unit. Since I'll have an empty slot where the CD player was, is there a slot i can purchase just to store stuff? What is that called? Thanks.

It is often called a "pocket". You can get one from the Ford dealer.
