motorola v3 not sending pictures?

MY phone i got it off a puremobile a company so you dont have to buy a contract or anything... anyways .. and you have to set-up all the things for the network for calling and texting and stuff but i cant get pictures does anyone know the codes and stuff and where to get to it to put it in?

return to dealer they will help you solve the problem . if it is a defective phone it should be a over the counter exchange , it should work . seems to be a flaw in the phone . company will replace . i really thought i was the only person this type of thing happened to . good luck . not a serioys resolution .
