verizon hotspot 4G on but not in my zone?

ok im in the country and we suddenly get 4G on my verizon wifi hotspot thing (4GLTE) but the site says its not in my area and now we get it and the site says its still not in our area yet it is and its been over 10 hours+ sense we got it yet it uses up our plan even though 4G is unlimited and it says were using it is my hotspot glitched or something? in virginia louisa

Not very many areas are 4g..4g is very new technology. You should return the 4g and get a 3g.
