I did not decide I am gay.

I first noticed I had same sex attractions at age 8.
It was not until I was about 11 or 12 that I knew it was called homosexuality.
It was a few more years before I accepted that this is me.

Always, I just didn't know there was a word for it until I was about 12. I came out at 21.

14 for me. Its pretty young though. Of course they're some people who have always known, even when they were little.
