In soccer, I've noticed that ever since I started attending regular goalie specific practices with my coach that I have been letting more goals in the net than ever and I think that it is because I am starting to worrie about my technique more and overthinking things too much. How can I correct this?

I've read on certain websites that it helps to focus on the ball colour, but it seems that, for me at least, doing that makes me loose track of how the play on the field is progressing.

My coach doesn't know much about goalie psycology and I think he is getting frusterated how I keep getting worse not better.


Any tips or ideas?
