Limewire is illegal. It is illegal to download music that is not yours. My friend got fined 0 last year for having it, and having downloaded a lot of music.. also it has a LOT of viruses! Be careful, I dont reccomend it!

its only legal if you pay for it. but most people dont. u can be faced with charges for illegally downloading music but its very unlikely

its legal but what you use it for, say downloading songs, is ILLEGAL. lime-wire is just a engine that searches the web, its not illegal but the things you download are your business.
