I have a 1999 BMW 328i. Its an e46 model. I just recently got it back from the mechanics about 40 days ago due to a transmission failure. I paid about 2k to get it replaced and it was ruining fine. All of the sudden it quit working today. I made an aggressive acceleration move on the freeway and then my trans cut out and I was revving my engine. I pulled over and tried putting it in each gear and it wouldn't budge either way, just sat stationary and revved. The car was running completely fine and all the sudden it stopped. Anyone have any idea what it could be? Im a bit upset as I hope I wont have to put any more money into this car.
