Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne say he will change Chrysler, Dodge name to Fiat why?

Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne say today on the news that he will change Chrysler, Dodge name to fiat like the 2013 Chrysler 300 will be 2013 Fiat 300, Dodge Ram will be Fiat Ram. If the name change I will not buy a chrysler or Fiat Product I think is very rude for Sergio Marchionne to be changing name and killed a American car company!!!

Is Chrysler will be again a American company like Lee Iacocca used to say back in the 80"s?
So Chrysler is gone for good.

Now we have 2 American cars company left
    Ford

    GM

Is sad because we buy American made product and we supported it .

The changes are only in mainland Europe. The UK and the rest of the world will still have the Chrysler and Dodge nameplates
