Does anyone know the best way to get from Sacramento, CA to Los Angeles, CA, excluding air-travel and driving?
I have look at Greyhound and Amtrak. Is there any other recommendations? Thanks.

Amtrak is the best way. Greyhound only stops in Downtown Los Angeles. Greyhound buses take a very long time to travel and they are mostly traveled by low class and scummy people. Take the train and enjoy the scenery. Also, Amtrak is cheaper.
