the vent is exposed on top of the center of the dash. There's three vents, but i dropped it in the center one. I cannot even see it with a flashlight. Someone know how to get inside the vents of my car?
Have a look in Chiltons Auto repair manual to see how to dismantle the ductwork and get the ipod out. The library should have Chiltons. Maybe you could try fishing it out with a stiff wire that has a wad of take on the end. I hope that doesn't push it further in- or maybe that will push it down to where the blower is and you can get it out by taking the blower off. Better look in Chiltons first.
