How Fast is Telus High speed internet?

I have telus high speed and im only getting about 2.70MB/s, and my friend has the same internet, but at almost 35MB/s. I was wondering why my internet is so bad on all my devices, and If I need to call telus to get someone in to fix it.

Check whether You and your friend using the same speed plan?also you can need to ,must contact the ISP to fix this problem,you can also try to manually to get beter speed,reset the modem and system,also unplug all connection and then plug in again,check for virus and scan and remove it,check the speed at here Scanmyspeed.com it still same means there is problem in service provider side.
