Why do many people mistake me as a dyke lesbian/lipstick lesbian?

Alright, I must admit that I do sound like a girl a lot and that I have a baby face which could be the main thing why people mistake me as a girl.

People usually think I look a lot like Naomi Campbell from Skins. I have bleached blonde hair, my hair is similar to hers. I'm active in fashion and I shave my legs, I'm bisexual fyi.

Now to finish it off, I sound like a girl. It's not that I'm trying to sound like one, like many of those gay guys seem to do, but I have a VERY female sounding voice. It's crazy.

I actually remember when I tried to flirt with this girl and she responded with: ''Sorry, I'm not gay.''

What can I do to make people think that I'm a man without changing my appearance?

Well, a picture would help (more so I just want to see) but, the way you hold yourself, do you have femenine movements, or do you move like a stereotypical jock (just an example)?
Secondly, you mentioned you're active in fashion. Do these tend to be more uni-sex, or certain sex orientated? Clothes can make a big difference on a first impression.

Be happy, as you get old it will work out. I'm a baby face myself and as I get older I can still get the young cuties. You might want to not shave your legs. Just my opinion. If you are wearing shorts often.
How do your hands and feet look? (hair, nails) Those are 2 that I think would show you are a dude.
