I can't find a (working) solution online.
When I hold alt press the number 3 for example, and let go of alt nothing shows up.
I double checked that num lock was on and I can't find the "troubleshooting" in the keyboard panel in the Control Panel, as another question said.
I tried rebooting my computer and tried in a note-pad as well as my browser.
Could someone please help?
