Can you remove a google account from a android device using a computer?

Basically I have my android device which I have my android account. my friends sister got a new android phone and I decided to add some essential app's to hers through my g mail.
Now I've done this I can not find where the settings to factory reset her phone is.

Because she isn't too good with technology she ended up deleting all my contacts on my g mail and added her own contacts not realising its actually going onto my g mail and not on her own g mail which she doesn't have. I don't live near my friend so that's not much of a help either.

Why would you do it from the computer, you can do it from the android device - just reset the device and the google account will go away.
