Alt + Shift + Print Screen?

Stupidly, I pressed alt + shift and print screen at the same time to make my screen go all black etc and just to test if it was working and you normally press it again to fix it but it has not fixed mine. I was just wondering if there's a way to fix it. The operating system that I am on is Window 7.

This is not a income tax question BUT you should be smart enough to also press the off switch to turn the computer off completely and the Push the on switch button to start the computer up again and then see where it is an shows on your screen at that time in your life.
    Go for it.
Or re post your question in the computer problem section of yahoo answer for this situation that you are now in at this time of your life.
Hope that you find the above enclosed information useful. 09/12/2011
