Yeah, the Fiat's are confusing for sure. The difference all comes down to what they refer to as "trim". The Pop runs about $4,000 cheaper because it isn't as decked out as the Lounge. The main difference is in their transmissions and that the Pop is manual and the Lounge is automatic. The Lounge also has heated front seats, which the Pop lacks. The Lounge has nicer wheels too, being silver aluminum versus the steel wheels of the Pop. AOL Autos has a decent breakdown here:
