If you played on a major-bowl-winning college football team, the obvious place to display your hardware is on the mantle, right?

That's what TCU linebacker Tank Carder did with the Rose Bowl trophy that he received when the Horned Frogs beat Wisconsin 21-19 on January 1st.

And when Carder's kickball team won the West Side (Texas) World Adult Kickball Association Spring championship, guess what Carder did with the trophies.

They went right next to -- and dwarfed -- the Rose Bowl trophy. (Would this be like Tiger Woods putting the Claret Jug next to a muni tournament trophy or Kobe Bryant with his YMCA 3 on 3 champion trophy next to his Finals MVP?)

No word on Carder's statistics for the spring season or his performance in the championship game, but if it was better than his 2010 season for the TCU football team, Carder would have been the Jose Bautista of the West Side league. Carder was the 2010 Mountain West Conference defensive player of the year and knocked down Wisconsin's game-tying two point attempt in the Rose Bowl.

If The Frogs get back to the BCS and win in their final year in the MWC this season, the next step is for Carder to combine the two sports, right? That plate would look good with some oranges or Tostitos on it.
