I got the new Motorola Triumph today from Best Buy for Virgin Mobile. I switched my number over from my old phone, and went to set my ringer, and I couldn't hear anything. I had my husband call me, and it vibrates, but there is no sound. I even added music, and it said it was playing, but still no sound! The ring volume and the media volume are both up as high as they can go.
Is there something else I can do, or just return in to the store? TIA!
