hello ,
I have Nokia N8 and I want to update it to Symbian belle . is that possible ? or should I by a phone that has belle on it (Nokia 700 or 600) ?

NO NO NO! Nokia N8 is still Nokia's flagship phone AND YOU WILL GET SUPPORT FOR IT for some time before you get a new phone (est. a couple of years).
You will get Symbian Belle Q4 2011. If not december, early january. Im sue you have Symbian Anna by now since it got release a week now.
