Help! Problem with Vizio blueray player!?

Hello!
I recently purchased a Vizio blueray player about two months ago. It worked fine but about three days ago, I booted it up and it says I disconnected. This is really weird I first thought. I just wanted to play Netflix. I didn't use it for two days and today I tried fixing it.
What I first did was re-enter my router's password. It told me I was connected, but couldn't contact my router. (?)
I also tried using a ethernet cable and I was connected but couldn't use my applications. I also tried doing a factory reset but that didn't work out.

Please don't respond telling me that i need to go back to the store. I don't have the recite so I am kind of stuck. I also purchased it at Wal-Mart.
