Sprint vs T Mobile (coverage)?

so basically the plan i want is 450 min with unlimited texting, cause i never talk and always text. T mobile can get me at $50. but Sprint can get me $37.50 cause i work for Kindercare and i have a discount. Since Sprint is cheaper wouldnt that be the way to go?

well, sprint is a CDMA network, meaning if u go out of the US, then there are limited carriers. but if you get T-Mobile (GSM network) you can unlock it, and travel with any GSM carrier. thats for coverage. for texting, if you want a cheaper carrier, its your choice.
