Telus router not working with ps3?

We have a Tules Actiontec router, the problem I am having is my Playstation 3, it will not allow me to play ANY game online. I understand that ports need to opened up, which i did. Still didn't work, So I tried to go back into the router web page to see whats wrong, But the router web page will not load for some reason I get a message that says "No data received" i have tried loading the router webpage on different web browsers but none work, and i have reset the router multiple times which doesn't seem to do anything, please help. Thanks
