I have been downloading torrents for about a year now and had never had any problems. I used to average 500kb/s. I then changed my broad width to a lower amount and on the same day my torrent downloads have gone down to average around 0.2kb/s. However anything else I can download, for example re downloading uTorrent is 6mb big and downloads in 2.3 seconds, so it inst my internet connection/speed. Can anyone please suggest what I can do to fix this, I'm not waiting 3 weeks to download 1 album.. Thanks guys.
