I have a Blackberry Bold 9700, with the software OS 6.
my camera has not been working properly for the past month.
the video camera works fine, but the camera does not work..
it comes up but it will not take the actual picture.

when i press my trackpad, it zooms in to focus but does not capture the picture.
i've done everything, battery pull, redownload of os 6..

i wiped out my phone, & the camera worked!

but then i redownloaded os 6 & restored it.. stopped working again
HELP ME PLEASE!!
