I'm related to Abraham Lincoln!!?

So we have this family tree that goes back to like the 1500s..and rumor has it that in that family tree is abraham Lincoln. I've seen the tree before and there was a whole bunch of lincolns on there so I didn't look through the whole thing?? What I am related??!! :D
Well my great grandma was. Which kinda makes me related
 
I'm related to several of history's most prominent serial killers. I'm not big on family traditions though, so it's ok.
 
Allegedly, Bruce Dern is a relative of mine. For those who don't know who Dern is, he's an actor.

Actually, my dad told me that we allegedly had an ancestor who was a pirate.

Then again, he could've been wrong...since he's wrong about most things.

Yes. Yes you are. Of course you are. Why wouldn't you be?
 
That's neat (if it is true, of course).

Guess who I'm related to? We'', I just recently found out that I am related to both Juan Ponce de Leon and James Cook. In fact, my grandmother is a direct desendent of James Cook (her name is Elizabeth Cook).
It's really interesting to learn about your ancestry.
