How do I transfer photos from my cell phone to my pc (bluetooth)?

I know there is a process called 'pairing'. However i have already done it, and my phone and pc say they're paired.

Now what!?



I cannot find a single option anywhere that allows me to transfer photos or anything. my phone won't show up under my computer, and my pc won't show up under the photo options. what do i have to do next?

p.s. I do not have texting on my plan (i know, how horrible) so i cannot send them to myself

Haha I came to this question to suggest simply texting yourself the picture xD
But I scrolled to the bottom of the question and whaddya know, you don't have a texting plan.
