    can u cook regular brownies with butter instead of oil and have it taste fine?

    dark chocolate, duncan hines brownies. it says 1-2 eggs, water, and vegtibale oil but can u use butter instead of the vegi oil?

    yes yes yes.......and....unless you know-applesauce works as a substitute. Swear, tastes fine...Figure the box brownies have overpowering sweet stuff etc. so the liquid ingredients wont affect things a whole lot.
