I know it's a stupid question, but I want to make sure it isn't. I'm going to have a Pay As You Go SIM on O2 and not be on contract. My sister already has an Android smartphone and she's on Pay As You Go too and it completely drained her credit within 2 or 3 weeks because of all the apps that were connected to the internet. I'd much rather not be on contract so could someone tell me if it either it's not a smartphone, it won't drain on my credit or just to find another phone to buy altogether.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't have an operating system like most smartphones but does this still mean it might have apps that will drain my credit?
