About Starry Sky ~In Spring~, you have to lie to your computer and choose the Japan localisation in your control panel BEFORE INSTALLING. You gotta go to 'Regional and Language', then 'Localisation' and choose Japan.

If that's already what you have done, I guess I don't really know orz... If this doesn't work, then please explain more in details how it doesn't work, please. o/
