They say the Cold War is over. What is the name of the new great ideological war?

Bill Gates states that China is no threat to the US. Someday the US will influence a part of the world's affairs equal to the size of our population.

Russia gives a slight appearance of gunning for us along with China, World wide terrorism networks and Iran.

Not to mention American policy to shoot ourselves in the foot with corporate greed.

I do not think that the cold war is over so much as the latest coalition of anti freedom is on the march and the collective American outcry or battlecry seems to be...Oh well guess we'll just have to wait to be defeated by the forces of anti-freedom.

Furthermore I am still not convinced that Hillary, Obama, or Mc Cain are suited to the task of taking the fight to the forces of anti-freedom.

You misunderstand the ongoing ideological battle. Modernity is under attack, from enemies internal (to the US and Europe) and without. Externally, Islamo-fascism is the threat. Internally, the growth of multiculturalism, and the ensuing balkanization of America and Europe, threatens to destroy the foundations of modern society. That's true whether it is anti-evolutionists on the right, or postmodernists on the left.
