I'm new to downloading torrents. I haven't actually done any yet, but my friends have, and I need a few programs. What is the best program to use? And what is the best proxy? And how do you use it?

*I don't plan on downloading a ton of torrents, just a few.

*Any alternate ideas, such as online torrents, are welcome.
