When I eat things that are fried such as onion rings or fried cheese especially from a restaurant around here called SPANKYs there seems to be this special flavor that either is in the crust or the cooking oil that reminds me of something wonderful from a bakery.I cant figure it out. Does anyone have any idea what is so special they use that we dont or at least I dont? Fried foods stay crispy and the flavor is out of bounds good. Thanks for any in-put you might have.
