Do I need wi-fi (internet connection) to watch a dvd?

I am going on a 5 hour road trip with my parents tomorrow. I plan on bringing my laptop to watch one of my DVDs on it. But do you need WIFI to do that? I don't think I'll get WIFI where I am sense I'm going to be in a lot of the mountain ranges.

No you won't but you need a damn good battery to last 5 hours? Unless you got an inverter for the charger?

No you wouldn't need WiFi to watch your DVDs, unless you are watching a DVD from the internet.

You don't need the internet if you have the actual DVD disk with you. You would need to have a way to charge the battery for your laptop though so you may need to buy a inverter for that. Like this:

    Hey Breanna ?

Well if you have the actual DVD then no you don't need any WiFi connection. If your going to be streaming the movie on Netflix or a website then you will be a internet connection.

    hope i helped
