how to diet! Tips please? Im 18 years old. I started p90 at height; 5'9.5" Weight:202. After 90 days of p90x (Paired with running 2-5 miles 3x a week) I was at 179. I now am 2 weeks into Insanity, and weigh 177. I am looking good, but i feel i could be doing alot better. I dont know how to eat that well. My idea of a good days meal is Breakfest: Cereal with banana. Snack: Yogurt and string cheese Lunch: cottage cheese Snack: Turkey sandwhich with peanuts Dinner: pasta with chicken, or peanuts. I also eat alot of peanut butter n jellys. I feel i eat to many fattening things, and i cant control my appetite at times. What do you guys eat to get so ripped? cause i can still feel some chub on my body even though i put my body through hell 6 days a week. Please give me what i should eat, and what time. Im clueless to how many calories, or what to put in my body
