telus mobility snap password?

i've never used this before, but when people send me pictures, it says i need to go to http://web.telusmobility.com/snap so see them, so i go there and it asks for my number and password, but i dont know my password, so i click the thing that says "if you don't know your password click here" it tells to put in my number, and it'll send it to me in a text, but when i do, i don't ever get a text from telus.....

You've asked for a password. I sent photos from my "Telus" cell phone to my computer - I've downloaded the Quick Time that you asked me to; now how do I get my photo/s?
