Need nutrition help with bodybuilding(bulking)?

185,12-13% body fat. 5'10
need info on protein,carbs,fat,Calories. Dont link any site, give me a straight up answers
 
I recommend to take diet which contains carbohydrates foods like beans, lentils, vegetables and whole grains that burns fat.Other foods that are rich in protein like eggs, fish can also be considered.In fruits,lemons, oranges, guava, grapefruit, papaya, sweet lime, tangerines and tomatoes are rich in Vitamin C are good to take becasue they contains fat burning properties.
